At TheOrbitAgency, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services to our clients.

Service Cancellation

• You may cancel your service agreement by providing written notice to contact@theorbitagency.co.

• If cancellation occurs before work has commenced, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued.

• Once work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are not available for completed services.

• Campaign budgets paid directly to advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) are non-refundable.
